Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. 

RETURN PERIOD: 

We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  2. A full price item purchased at hello.myovv.com
  3. Returned within 14 days of purchase
  4. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  5. In original purchased condition with tags attached
  6. In original & undamaged packaging
  7. Has not been worn
  8. Not underwear or socks; and
  9. Not damaged in any way

 We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, for hygiene reasons you must wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

 

RETURN COSTS:

Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: 

If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your return, we process it within 10 working days, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. You will receive an email notification once a refund has been processed.  Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back into the original account of payment.

RETURNS FAQ:

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Ask our customer service team about the possibilities. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to hello@myovv.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this does not work out, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer support team for the possibilities.
